Already, If Stockholm Open is one of Swedens most important international events. However, our goal is to grow and get even better. Our ambition is to become the greatest event in Sweden and the best tournament on our level. We want to give our guests a magnificent experience they will remember forever.
If Stockholm Open is the oldest indoor tournament on the ATP Tour. The tournament was founded in 1969 by the late Sven Davidsson. The Idea was to create a magnificent event for the spectators and that all the profit would go back to the Swedish tennis clubs in order to stimulate their work. This is still our objectives and If Stockholm Open is quite unique on the ATP Tour in this matter.
Outside the court we do our best to strengthen our side events that we hope will give you, as our guest, a great additional value. We have a great rock concert on Saturday, 17 October, a singles event on Friday, 23 October, a large business day with focus on the stock market on Friday 23 October, new hospitality solutions and much more. You will be able to read about all our side events here on our website and it will be updated continuously as new events appear.
